  Finding a proper ride in this city is a serious challenge. I swear half the "luxury" fleets down here are straight-up marketing scams. You book a premium ride online, arrive all excited, then boom — hidden service fees everywhere. Fool me thrice, shame on both of us I guess, lesson learned. If you seriously need a legit vehicle to cruise around the city, don't just trust the first sponsored ad on social media. Anyone who lives here will tell you the exact same thing, especially since the AC must be arctic and you want zero mileage games. Most of these local agencies are just shiny websites hiding the same overpriced junk, until I finally found one outfit that actually delivers what's in the photos.
