  Does anyone have a practical checklist for passing a generated intro between editors? We are planning a shared folder where the original export stays easy to identify. I want the receiving editor to understand each revision without having to reconstruct the conversation. I came across suno fix while collecting references for the discussion. My proposed note includes the source format, export settings, and the section under discussion. Is a short text note beside each version easier than one shared change log? Approval also needs to refer to an exact file so that a later export does not inherit it accidentally. The original will stay in the folder while we decide whether a revision is useful. A dated note about who prepared each file would also help us resolve questions during the final approval stage. Please share the fields you find essential when another editor takes over a short intro.
